Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay it with my own credit card?

Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?

No, only the person whose name and valid ID stated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check in.

If I am making a booking for one room for 2 persons, do I need to provide both names?

A.

No, you only need to provide one name. The person named in the booking must be present during check in.

Do I need my credit card to make a reservation?

A.

Your bank information is necessary to validate your online reservation. However, the indicated sum will be debited by the hotel only at the end of your stay. Our online reservation system ensures complete security for every transaction.

How much are your room rates?

Our room rates are fixed. But book early online to secure to get a vacant room! Please CHECK online the availability.

How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?

You will receive a confirmation/booking reference number upon successful booking with your payment.

Must I print out my booking reservation?

A.

It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for reference and easy check in at the Hotel. If you don’t have a print out of your reservation, please confirm your booking details at the Reception Desk and provide your identification.

In what currency do I pay for my stay at the Hotel?

Payments shall be made exclusively in the national currency PHP (Philippine Peso). At the reception, we offer you the possibility to exchange foreign currencies, such as U.S.$ or EURO, against local currency (PHP).

Can I cancel my booking?

A.

Booking cancellations MUST be done at least 1 day before the scheduled check in date. For any cancellations of bookings within the same day of the scheduled check in time, the total payment made is deemed forfeited. Multi-night bookings cancelled within 2 days before your scheduled check in time will also be deemed forfeited. (I.E: If your check in date is on the 2th of July, Guest may cancel up till the 1st of July to obtain the credit shell minus Cancellation Fee. Cancellation made on the 2nd of July, Guests payment will be fully forfeited.) In the event of cancellation of bookings (at least 1 day before the check in date), a credit shell amount equivalent to the value of the booking minus the cancellation fee will be credited into the guest’s registered account for future bookings. If the total payment made is less than the cancellation fee, there will be no credit shell given and the whole payment will be deemed forfeited. The amount in credit shell is not exchangeable for cash. The credit shell amount must be used within six (6) months from the date of cancellation, or will be deemed forfeited without further notifications. The credit shell amount is currency-specific and is not valid for bookings for Hotels operating with other currencies. The credit shell amount is not transferable to other accounts. The credit shell amount cannot be used for payments of deposits and all other non-room related transactions at the Hotel.

What should I prepare when check in?

Guests are required to present proof of identity, NRIC (National Registration Identity Card), Passport or Driver’s License.

What is the earliest time I can check-in?

The earliest time you can check-in is 2.00 pm, but ask at the front desk if your room is already available or leave your luggage up at the appropriate time in a closed store room.

The latest time you can check-out is 12.00 noon on the check-out date.

Yes, the Hotel does provide additional beds and does have extra beds. Please check out the typs of ROOM or ask for at the reception at check-in.

Yes, all the beds come with a full set of linen (bed sheet, duvet & pillows).

No, meals are not included. You may, however, purchase our breakfast sets online during the booking process.

Yes, all the rooms have en-suite bathrooms equipped with power showers.

Parking is available in sufficient numbers. The terrain at night guarded by a Security Guard.

No. The CITI Hotel Hilongos is a non-smoking Hotel. You are not permitted to smoke anywhere within the building. However, you are allowed to smoke at our Rooftop Bar.
